UnConventional Events’ goal is to provide the client with experienced personnel, thus ensuring an effective, efficient, and very successful exhibit experience with the least amount of stress.

We provide exhibit management services for regional tradeshows or small exhibit programs. Our professionals will:

• Negotiate exhibit space location
• Place advertisements in conference materials
• Arrange exhibit services through tradeshow vendor
• Order exhibit badges (full registrations, if requested)
• Arrange staffing schedule
• Ensure all materials / graphics are approved and exhibit focused
• Arrange shipment of materials to exhibit
• Provide binder with tradeshow information to all corporate attendees
• Ensure client conforms to tradeshow rules and policies and stays in good standing with organizers

UnConventional Events will also provide temporary assistance to supplement your staffing needs.
